'I've fallen and can't get up' App

I got to thinking, my Dad is 90 and doing well, but I could see where he could fall, have a stroke or something and not be able to call.
He has an iPhone and iPad.
Is there an App that could detect a fall and call me if it happens?
Doesn't need to call any service, just call me and I'll find out what is happening.

I couldn't find anything, although it appears to be an Androd one that will do it.
