Everything working except web mail (it's greyed out)

I just got our server (10.6.6) up and running and I am having trouble getting web mail to work. I have mail access turned on for all of the users (and I have tried it both with and without the firewall) but no matter what settings I try it's still grayed out when users log into the server via their web browser.

Any suggestions?

Have you enabled this service under Web settings?

Go to the Web tab in Server Admin, select the website you are using to host your server services, and then under Web Services enable Mail. FYI you will also need to enable SSL (it will prompt you to do this when you attempt to enable Mail) which will change the port for the selected website from 80 to 443 and in order to access the site you will need to use https instead of http (unless you setup a forwarding rule as well).
