This is an old thread, but I have another potential solution. I encountered this problem after replacing my DVD with a second hard drive, a process which involves disconnecting the somewhat-delicate cable that connects bluetooth and the camera and replacing it after the new drive is in place. First bluetooth wasn't working, then just the camera, then both, then just the camera again. I had a really good look at the cable and found that on the underside of the cable, the black insulation had crept toward the end of the cable causing a weak or no connection with the connectors on the underside. I gently pulled the insulation back with my fingernail to make the end of the cable clear and reconnected. Both are now working fine! While I was at it, I also did the SMC and the PRAM, so those may be additional necessary steps.
