iChat clients not receiving messages

At random, I've had a couple users connect and login ok but the messages aren't being seen. Users show up correctly in the buddy list but to not get/see/receive messages sent from others - all on the same network.

I've restarted the service, restarted client's machine etc. and still messages not showing...

Any ideas?

No errors have been seen or reported to log files either...
