The procedure entry point sqlite3_prepare_v2 could not be located

Can anyone help me solve this problem.

I keep getting this message on startup;

+The procedure entry point sqlite3 preparev2 could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLite3.dll+

I have taken Itunes 10 off and reloaded it be nothing has changed. I have run registry repair but nothing has fixd it.

Everthing appears to work ok but it is a nusance
