128GB in any Titanium PB G4 — a larger drive will only appear as 127GB. There are no longer any new 7200 RPM ATA/IDE drives, so you'll have to settle for 5400 RPM.

My 1 GHz (FW 400 version) recognizes a 160 Gig drive with no problem.

It depends which PB you have. There were quite a few different models. If you have a TiBook 800MHz or slower/older, 128GB is the maximum it will recognize. If you have an 867/1GHz TiBook, it will recognize at least 160GB (I have not heard beyond that). If you have an Aluminum PB, that's a whole different story (larger HDs will be recognized). If you have a MBP as your machine info states, that's entirely different (SATA and much larger sizes).

Just put a 320GB HD (from OWC) in my 1Ghz TiBook yesterday and it was recognized with no problem.
