Three problems
Hi,
I am having three problems with my 5G ipod (all these problems are coming up on my dual 1.25 G4 tower running 10.4.3)...
1) I can transfer music on it no problem. Except for music that I have purchased from the iTunes Music Store. It tells me that I need a new version of iTunes, but I've updated it twice and have latest version 1.0 of the iPod software installed on my iPod. Why can't I transfer some music but not all of it?
2) I have video that I've taken from my DVD's and imported into iTunes. When I drag the file from my library to the iPod it won't allow it to copy over. The "+" sign doesn't come up. These files are correctly formatted and have worked when I transferred them on my Powerbook.
3) When I go to update my iPod, the software tells me to plug in an iPod so it can update it...now, the iPod is mounted and showing up on the desktop and in iTunes.
Now, I have been able to do all of these things on my G4 17-inch Powerbook no problem and only recently connected my new iPod to my tower...all of this is very confusing.
