Hey, I have an iPhone 3G, which now refuses to send pictures. Regular emails work fine, but both trying to send a picture through 'Photos', and trying to copy paste a picture into the email don't work. Stranger, the emails into which a picture is copy pasted do not show up in the 'Sent' folder of my mail. The progress bar when sending it seems to complete, it just never shows up anywhere after that. Any ideas?

I used to be able to send pictures just fine, but it seems to have stopped working since the last time I tried. (It was a while ago, so I don't have anything to attribute it to.)

iPhone OS 3.1.2

The sending progress bar completes and you hear the successfully sent message sound?

    No error message is provided?

Any change after powering your iPhone off and on and/or after an iPhone reset?

If not, try deleting and recreating the email account on your iPhone.

I hear the successful sound of the message being sent, and no error message comes up. However, it still doesn't show up in the sent messages area.

    Restart didn't help.

I deleted the account and added it again. Still says it's sending, and still doesn't show up in sent messages.

    You're welcome.

Any change after powering your iPhone off and on and/or after an iPhone reset?

What type of email account - POP or IMAP?

Do you mean doing a factory reset? How does one do that on an iphone?

I assume that it's IMAP, since I sync to a work computer as well, but how do I tell?
