Hair under protective screen

There is a very small hair under the protective screen. Can this cause a
scratch? Also there is a small air bubble left from when I installed the screen protector.
The reason I ask is because I live in a very small town and would have to
put in an online order which is an added cost. Neither of the issues affect screen
viewing. This is my first iPod so any proper info would be great.
