Since upgrading to Toast 7.0.1 from 6.1.1, verification fails to start. Instead I get an error message "Couldn't complete the last command because of a Mac OS Error. Result code = -5001" at the end of the burning phase.

I am burning Verbatim DVD+R DL blanks with a LaCie External Firewire DVD+R DL Drive with Lightscribe (item#300786) using Firmware LT25. The burned DL disks have been playing fine on my Sony player.

Does anyone know what this error means?

In Apple's codes reference documents, there are two meanings on Apple Filing Protocol for file-sharing used by AppleShare servers and clients.

1) Further information required to complete AFPLogin call.
2) Authentication is not yet complete on AFP file access.

FYI: http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Networking/Conceptual/AFP/ART/afpl02.gif

I do not know for sure why that error is generated.

Result code -5001
