How to play FM on the Ipod Touch

I would like to play FM on my new Ipod Touch. Every thing I have read says that out of the box this cannot be done. I also read to play from the FM stations websites like on a PC however, all the stations that I have tried this require FLASH to be installed. It doesn't appear that the Ipod Touch allows Flash to be installed.

So, how can I play my favorite FM stations on the Touch?

PC, Windows 7

The iPod touch has no FM receiver functionality out of the box, so you cannot play over-the-air broadcasts without a third-party product such as the Griffin iFM. There are apps you can get that allow streaming of many radio stations when you have WiFi connectivity (though not all radio stations provide compatible streams). Flash cannot be installed on any iOS device, so you will not be able to listen to any station that provides their stream only via a Flash player.

You expressed uncertainty in your post, so I was confirming.

Without knowing specifically what stations you want to listen to, no, sorry, I cannot elaborate, since there is no single app that will get all stations that stream. Do a search of the App Store for "radio" and you'll find a number of options and can see if any will play the stations you want. Or do a web search for your station and see if they recommend an app. iHeartRadio, as Sandoval79 suggested, is one app you can start with.

Regards.
