Serial number does not work

I have been trying to install my shake software and when I get to the part to enter my serial number I enter it and it does nothing. The tab to accept the serial number never does anything. Help please.

Is it possible you had a previous install or demo on your disk?

In that case, try deleting these files:
/Library/Receipts/Shake4.1.pkg
/Library/Application Support/ProApps/Shake System ID

Then repair disk permissions using this:
/Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility

and try again.
