Your Apple ID has been disabled!?

After I had to change my cc# due to a security breach, I can't down load new apps or update the old ones. I am logged onto iTunes, and apple with the new info, but iPad says- "your apple I D. has been disabled." yikes!

Any thoughts?

I had this same problem. I spent over one hour on the phone with Apple,and the same message appeared. I tried to fix myself and nothing. To solve your problem you need to talk to someone at itunes. The customer service rep there is the only one that can enable your Apple ID. I was on and off the phone in five minutes and my ID is enabled. If you have a credit card dispute, billing problem etc., you need to talk to itunes. Save yourself frustration by doing this. An apple rep cannot help you and you cannot fix on your own.
