Jan 26, 2013 5:06 AM in response to DrNoirby tkapfer,I have already done that.
I have also changed my credit card information to see if it was a card issue.
That did not work either.

Jan 26, 2013 9:47 AM in response to DrNoirby Alfie Mclellan,Hi, I would like a clear explanation
My apple account says when I try to install or get an app
Your apple Id has been disabled (it's clickable)
I have spent a lot of money over the past what 3-4 yrs so can anyone please help me get my account back (this one)

Jan 26, 2013 1:24 PM in response to Alfie Mclellanby jaw444,There are different answers to this problem.
when you click on the clickable link, does it ask you to enter your login information, user name and password?
if so, what happens? probably the 'your account has been disabled for security reasons' message?
if so, first i would try this as someone said above:
Go to myappleid.apple.com and reset your password.
if that doesn't work (as in my case), call Apple support and ask to speak to the security team, don't waste time with the email support. When you call, the first tier person will trouble shoot the problem. If it works great. If not (as in my case), insist on speaking to the Security team, and if that doesn't work, insist on speaking to a supervisor.
In my case, it took many many calls over a period of months (might have been faster if i'd had more time to spend on these time consuming calls). There were no helpful responses until my last call, when i got a guy who was thinking outside the box that all the others were trapped inside. The cause of my problem turned out to be with my email client (Eudora). When i would receive the 'change your password' email after using the password reset web process, my email program was not giving me a clickable link in the email. So that was a dead end until i got the guy who turned his attention to the email client. He had me use a different email client to go through the reset process and that worked. Like you, i have a lot of apps, and one $70 app (Navigon Navigator) no longer worked at all because i was unable to update it. Now, everything is fine.

Feb 7, 2013 9:04 PM in response to DrNoirby angelinalo,It happen to my account too,but I guess because someone fraud my credit card on my Apple ID, so they disabled it..
So, afer trying many different ways to enabled my account again, finally I decided to make a new Apple ID.
IT WORKED buttttt, if you want to update your previous apps from your mac, which downloaded by your old ID, you have to redownload it again with your new Apple Id.
So later you can update it easily.
I think this way is easier than calling the customer service or dealing with your old apple ID.
PS : You can not delete your Apple Id.

I suggest you do not create a new AppleID because any previous purcahses are linked to that AppleID.
Contact Apple support and fix your old AppleID.

Feb 11, 2013 10:13 AM in response to DrNoirby pzabransky,Hi Chris CA,
seems like you're the guy to talk to. All of a sudden, my Apple account has been disabled. Whenever I try to update or purchase an app (ipad), I get this message:
"Your account is disabled. This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. Tap Reset to reset your account."
The problem is that I am unable to reset my account. I've tried 3x now to reset my account, created a new password, etc, but I always receive the same error message.
Why is this happening? Who should I talk to?
thanks,
peter

Feb 11, 2013 11:07 AM in response to Chris CAby pzabransky,Hi Chris, if you're directing me here: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/, it's completely useless. In apple's help list I found this page "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears, but all it tells me to do is to reset my password. I've already reset my password 3x now.
