My ibook was stolen so I lost all my purchased content some of which I hadn't put on my ipod yet. Will apple let me redownload to new comp? Idk what to do?

Was your backup copy stolen as well?
If not, then just use it to put everything on the new computer. This is one of the many reasons it is important to always maintain a backup.
You only get one download.
You can try contacting itunes and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow it.
