Laserwriter and Netgear PS101 printing under 10.6.6

I have just updated my wife's 20" G5 to a 27" iMac. Now I find I can't print to the Laserwriter 630.
I have bought a secondhand Netgear PS101 to enable me to use the printer. Where can I find instructions how to set up the Netgear PS101? I have tried the Netgear site but it was of little help.

Do you know the IP address of the print server? If you do, add ➕ the printer using IP > LPD, with IP address and queue name of P1 (p one).

Success
I used Safari to access the PS101
After accessing the PS101 I have the following settings on the TCP/IP page
The IP address to 10.0.0.9.
I have set DHCP to disable.
I set the subnet mask to 255.0.0.0 to match my router.

Then I did a save and reset.

Then in System Preferences I added the printer and it seems to work OK. The print queue can be set to any meaningful name.
