FCS AD Authentication Keeps Breaking
Hello,
Our Final Cut Server is running on a 24" iMac and is bound to our Active Directory domain. We're using the method described in the user's manual to allow users to authenticate to the server using their AD credentials. However, every now and then when users go to log in, then are prompted with the "There is a problem with the Kerberos authentication" message. Usually doing steps 1-3 in the second portion of this KB article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3818, will fix our problem. However, this shouldn't be happening in the first place. Is there a way to fix this to keep it from happening all the time?
