after 2-3 weeks of getting my new ipad + ipad keyboard dock, a message is starting to appear & changed my life to **** every time i plug the ipad to the keyboard dock it says: "this accessory is not supported by ipad" however it charges and sync with the itunes so normally, but not functioning at all as a keyboard .......
want to say that i plugged my iphone 3g to the same non working keyboard dock as a try and it worked so well with all the options .......
please help me

    Hello, Dody, and welcome to the Discussions.

    First, have you tried just restarting your iPad? Hold down the power button until you get the red "slide to power off", do so, and then press the power button again for a couple of seconds to start the iPad back up.

    If that doesn't help, post back and someone else here may have further suggestions.

    man i have just done every thing but nothing happens still cant work
    the strange it does the charge and the sync normally
    really i am so upset how it gonna works as i am so away from any apple shop really cant know what i am going to do .............

    Well, what I would do is to call AppleCare, explain and discuss the situation with them, and very likely wind up doing a mail exchange to get a replacement Keyboard/Dock.

    Then, if this happen again, I'd have to start suspecting my iPad's dock connector.
