Syncing my iPhone to a new hard drive after my previous hard drive crashed

My hard drive on my 3 year old white macbook recently crashed while I was using time machine for the first time. Unfortunately, time machine was not able to complete the back up and I was forced to have Apple replace the hard drive. I'm now afraid to sync my iPhone to the macbook because I know that it will wipe the data clean and I would lose all of my music, apps, etc. What is the best method/program that can help me load all of my iPhone data from the phone onto my iTunes so that I don't lose anything? I'm familiar with a program called Senuti (iTunes backwards) that might do the job.

Thanks for the help.

iTunes includes an option to transfer iTunes content that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store from an iPod, iPad, or iPhone, but this is for iTunes content that was purchased/downloaded from the iTunes store only.

First you need to re-authorize your computer with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.

For any other iTunes content, you can use Senuti if it provides for this.

Hi,
I've moved house from my parents so wanting to put everything on my iPhone 4 onto my new computer... I synced my iPhone with the new comp and it deleted everything that wasn't on the computer from my iPhone.
I synced it back to my parent's computer and now have everything again, but want to be able to put in onto my own computer. It's windows Vista - do you have any advice?
Thanks
