How do you copy iMovie

I believe that if you just copy the iMovie Event and iMovie Project folders from one computer to the other (via a cable, wireless network, flash drive, etc.), the movie will show up in the iMovie events and project windows on the second computer. If I am wrong, you will quickly find out.

By the way, I recently made an NTSC DVD from iMovie, was told that it would be playable on most New Zealand DVD players (despite the fact that New Zealand uses PAL), sent four DVDs to my daughter who is in New Zealand right now, and she had no problem playing it, apparently. Unfortunately, I don't think it works the other way (from New Zealand to the United States).
