Problem with ryanair website

Hi I hope someone can help me, I can't seem to book flights from the ryanair website anymore, as soon as I put in my credit card details a pop up box comes up and says that the issue number can only contain digits. I have re-entered the information many times each time ensuring that only digits are used for the issue number but to no avail, i have also deleted all the cookies from my safari browser but nothing will work, its very frustrating it has been going on for more than a month since I first tried and each time I needed to book i have had to use another computer. I had no problem booking flights with aer lingus and other air lines. all i can think is something keeps saving on the final ryanair booking page and its preventing the correct credit card information from being entered.

if anyone has any ideas i would really appreciate the help

We're not staff, but other Mac users here, asking questions and sharing solutions.

1. Have you contacted them to see if they've changed anything?

2. After you deleted the cookies, did you RESTART Safari?
IF not, try that now.

hi thanks for your response

the problem isn't with the ryanair website because it works fine when I use other computers even other macbooks it just seems to be with mine.

I also tried restarting safari after deleted the cookies but still no luck.

Ok, let's try these, OK?

1. Download Firefox. Does it work OK in Firefox?
2. Create a new user account for your Mac.
System Preferences > Accounts > New Account. (Click lock, enter your Admin PW to do so).
Log into new account, and try Safari. Does that work?

OK, so if worse comes to worse, you can always book your flight.
That's good.

So, if you like, we can still work on your Safari there.

1. I would go to the main Safari pull down menu (top left) and go to "Reset Safari."
Click the first seven boxes, and click on Reset.
Test Safari on that site again.
Any better?

2. Go to Safari>Preferences>Autofill. Click "Edit" and Check all three boxes for "ryanair."
If there are any listings in there, delete them and try to do a form there again.

Dear Roiseire, everything happens for a reason. Perhaps this is a sign for you nit to fly Ryan Air. My personal experiance is that this is by far the WORST airline in the World. They just ripped me off for $500 for the flight from Madrid to Palma de Maillorca. I suggest you first google all the complaints from travellers that used them in the past. If you don't take my advice get ready for the worst flying experience of your life:)
