Lost Purchased Music, how do I 'ReGrant '?

My kids updated my Iphone and wiped out everything before it was downloaded to itunes.. I lost paid for music...all of it. I was told I could get a 1 x regrant but can't find a way to do it. Can anyone help? I need an A-Z answer. Thanks!

You could try the Lost or Missing items under the Music Purchases tab on http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

did that....no good, it just says you can only re download apps and movies. A customer rep from apple said I could get a 1 x re grant.I cant find out how to do it.

You only get one download.

You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow this.

I know how you feel i have just lost one thousand dollars worth of songs and i applied for a regrant Sunday they said they would get back to me in 24 hrs it has been 3 days i am very upset and if push came to shove i would never use apple products again
