How do I re-enable my iTunes account

How can I enable my iTunes account after it was disabled by an Apple account rep? I have a case currently open. The rep I talked to disabled my account because I had an iPod that was synced to my iTunes stolen and charges wouldn't stop coming out of my bank account. I think I've fixed the problem and I just purchased gift cards so I will no longer input my credit card info in the account. How do I go about re-enabling my account so I can purchase items again?
