did you try to restore the phone "as new iphone" without using the last backup to get your settings and data back to the phone after the setup?

You could once again try to connect in recovery mode to restore "as new iphone". If you can see the progress bar displayed on the screen, at least your screen is working. If you can't see anything after the restore process is finished, you'll have to get your phone serviced.

i think you need to upgrade the baseband to 06.15.00 see "settings
, general ,about then scroll to the bottom see what your modem firmware is
