How do I find the App Store?

I'm feeling very stupid. I don't know where the App Store is, for Apple software (Aperture, Pages, etc.), not iPhone apps. I've been there before and bought things, now I can't find it. Geez.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

Look on the dock on the lower left for the Blue round iCon with a symbolic A on it
