24 hour Apple phone # (Report Phony Apple Website)

Hello: Is there a 24 hour phone # (or live chat URL) to contact Apple live, right now. I just received an email to purchase apple 3rd party products. I'm quite sure the "Apple" website is phony. I would like to inform Apple so they can check into it. Thank-you, MLR

There is no such phone number. As to the spam, many people have been receiving it. See:
