Toggle show/hide text

I have a list of names in a column. When someone clicks on a name, I would like for a few lines of text and (perhaps a small photo) to "drop down", appear. Then when they click again, I would like it to disappear. I have been able to do this using a pop-up window where the text is in a separate window, but I would prefer it to "open" and "close".
Is this the same thing as a "mouseover"? If so, can you help me find the html code?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Since the mouse rollover uses image files, i.e. photos, you have to convert any text you want to use to an image file. You can do that by creating the text in an image editor or your favorite text editor or even Pages and then using the Print ➙ PDF ➙ Save PDF to iPhoto menu option.

This will create a JPG image file of the text which you can crop to the size needed and use in the rollover code. This will work from any application that you can print from.
