AppleTV 2G - Turn Off Woman's Voice

Hi,
I'm loving my AppleTV, but the woman's voice that speaks everything that the cursor is on is KILLING ME! I've checked every menu and I can't figure out how it got turned on, or how to turn it off. Any suggestions?

Settings menus under VoiceOver I think. I'm not at the TV right now but it may be a white icon with a blue figure within or similar in the menus. Accessibility Submenu perhaps?

You presumably have the accessibility option for VoiceOver enabled:
