Ok, so I did win an iPod nano, thats nice but...

when I tried to install the software on my desktop PC I got the following error and installation aborted:
Error 1606.Could not access network connection \\mylaptop...

Since my Laptop is not currently available I cannot install the software! Any clues to get around this?
And why is it looking for that drive anyway?

Besides is there any infoline to call or at least a possibility to send questions directly to apple? Mainly because I did win the iPod I have no vendor to turn to and therefore I'm stuck with the support I get from apple (and there website)

Found a simple solution to my problem:

DONT USE APPLE SOFTWARE, no kidding, I installed WinAMP & iPod plugin (both are for free!!!) and within 5min it was working...

So while my problem is solved I'm still wondering why the iTunes software wanted to access my network!!! And why on earth it cannot cope with a disconnected network drive...
