Can't download GarageBand help

Can't download GarageBand help

Hi,
I've just bought an IMAC, and I'm both discovering Mac environment and GarageBand.
I'd like to learn Garageband by using the Help. I click on "download help" but it seems that nothing happens...
Thanks for your help.

Which iMac are you using? Which version of GarageBand?

Where is the "download help" menu located? I am not able to find it on my Mac.
