Safari 5.0.3 and 'Familysearch.org"

Using my preferred browser Safari, I can easily connect with familysearch.org with all functions working until loading a search file. Then it stops at that point and the loading bar remains empty. It does not crash or freeze. In all other websites Safari works normally. Corresponding with Family Search support, I have done everything they recommended to no avail. All programs are up-to-date, including Adobe Flash (10.1.) They are not having that trouble with their Mac and Safari. I tried using Firefox (v.3.6.13) and have no problems loading the search file with Firefox on my same computer.
Thank you for your recommendations and help.

Hi,

Mac OS X (10.6.2) <--- your profile.</div>

If that's correct, click the Apple () menu (top left in your screen) Software Update. Most recent Snow Leopard version is v10.6.6.

And that site does require Java. From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab.

Make sure: *Enable Java* is selected.
