iPhone will not load contacts - will not sync

My contacts had become a mess, lots of dupes, etc. I decided to clean them up tonight. I keep my contact information in Yahoo and previously the phone would sync that information. It now refuses to do that. I've tried telling it to sync with Yahoo in iTunes and clicking sync - zero contacts appear. I've tried uploading my contacts to MobileMe and syncing via Me. Me claims to be importing my contacts from Yahoo but then lists my contacts as blank. I've even exported my contacts to a vCard which I've tried to import into MobileMe but every time I try that I'm told: "Contacts could not import your vCard because of a server error. Please try again."

What can I do to get my contacts from Yahoo to my iPhone?
