Random kernel panics..

Hello,

My macbook is causing kernel panics at random. The latest interval was 10 days and I use my macbook every day. I have no idea what the problem is. This is the latest log:

If it is software and not hardware--often, RAM is a cause--the most likely problems seem to be this "foo" thing or VMWare. Do you have any third-party VPNs installed (they would leave a foo.tun and foo.tap kext)? If so, disable them, as they may be conflicting with something. You might also want to turn off or uninstall iAntiVirus for the time being.

The panics allready occured before iAntiVirus was installed (and i only start iAntiVirus once in a while because i don't want to infect computers of my family).
I also performed a hardware test with the original CD included with my Macbook, but there were no problems found.
I don't think there are third party VPN's running. And I really need vmware for some school projects.

Maybe it's better for me to install a dualboot instead of using vmware?

I have an installation of OpenVPN (I think I installed it with macports). Tomorrow is my last exam, after that i'm going to re-install my macbook and skip the OpenVPN installation. Maybe than the problem is solved?

Do you happen to know if there are battery issues with Leopard (10.5), because if not i won't upgrade my installation to snow leopard and wait for OS X Lion this summer.
