Restting ID.. I do not meet the age requirement?

My son set up his ipod and now it wont let him download anything. I tried to switch ID's to mine but it still acts on his as the primary one.

How do I fix this?

What happened (error message?) when you son tried to download something. How did you switch IDs? What do you mean by "it still acts on his as the primary one." What what your trying to do ?
