Kobo e-readers

Can I transfer books from my Kobo e-reader to the iBooks library? I can't find a Kobo app for the iPod touch and I want to continue reading a book I have on my Kobo e-reader.

Not sure. If you can get the ebooks on Mac, maybe you can convert them to something the iPod can read using Calibre

While there may not be a Kobo ereader, maybe Stanza may be a reasonable substitute, as well as Apple's iBook.

According to Wikipedia, Kobo reads plain text, PDF, and ePub formats. iBook and Stanza (as well as other ebook readers) can read ePub.

The only limitation might be if the ebook has DRM, and whether it is a proprietary encryption, or if it uses a standard that other ereaders can decode.
