OK Chris, my problem is this. I use my iPad calendar through google, so I can have it sync between my iPhone and my iPad. I am able to look back on the calendar of my iPhone since the I started using my iPhone BUT on my iPad, I can only look back one month. All of my appointments are gone, except for birthday and holidays. If i go to settings in my iPad, then MAIL, CONTACTS AND CALENDAR, I can't find where to tell it NOT to delete events. Maybe you could explain better how to NOT delete events. Thanks!
Try Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Sync.
I don't have my iPad with me at the moment.
I'l post again later.
Also, connect the iPad to computer and select it in iTunes.
Click Info tab and scroll down and make sure Sync Calendars is not checked..
Past events disappear from Calendar
