Just connected my ipod to my mac - and find I get a shock if I touch the metal parts. I don't know if it's done this previously as I keep it in a leather case. But was very disconcerted to get a shock today!
Other than that it seems to be working normally.
Is it 'normal' to get a shock from an ipod?
Thanks for reading 🙂
Well, that's not normal! If it continues to happen, I'd bring it in to apple or where you got it! Otherwise, I would suggest checking the connections or that your cable is good.. perhaps if the cable is old, you could get a new one 🙂
Peder, read the Terms of Use again. You can use the link to your business as your signature, or the name of your business. You also can't advertise for business here.
As I said, you might read them again. They are over there to the right.
Thanks Peder, I had a feeling it wasn't 'normal', when I get back home I'll take it to AT computers and let them puzzle it out 🙂
Cable looks good to me, and I've kept it in my laptop case since I got my ipod, so the risk of damage is minimal.
Thanks again
Ruth
