OpenConnectionToAgent - unable to connect 2
I just installed Apple Remote Desktop V3.3 from DVD onto a new Mac mini server, OSXS 10.6.6. It has never had ARD on it before. When I run ARD, it pops up an error panel saying:
The Remote Desktop Administrator software failed to start due to an unexpected error.
The Remote Desktop software may not be installed correctly or the computer may require a restart.
Restarting the computer, of course, doesn't fix this. Nor does a reinstall.
In the system log, there is this cryptic entry:
Feb 3 12:18:41 Remote Desktop[3110]: OpenConnectionToAgent - unable to connect 2
What can I do now??
