Log and transfere problem

Good morning, when I add a clip to the queue the status wheel spins and it says transferring clip but the progress bar stays blank and the transfer doesn't take place. I would appreciate any help, thanks

from what camera (model) do you try to import?

What are the specifications of the footage you shot? Are you fully updated to FCE 4.0.1? Have you worked through the information available [here|http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2672530]?
