I'm in Mexico,have data roaming off,cellular network off, fetch off, everything off except airplane mode so I can still wifi. Recording texts--do I get charged for this ifni don't have an international plan? If so can I shut off texting and still use wifi? Thanks
You can send/receive texts with Cellular Data off. The only way to shut off texting is to turn on Airplane Mode. You can turn Airplane Mode On and then turn wifi back On, while still leaving Airplane mode On.
