Footer cutting off when printing

I've created a resume in which I have a header and a footer. The first time I printed, the footer was cut off and there was a huge margin at the top of the page (moreso than the bottom). I fixed the margins which pushed my document up, but now the footer is still cut off. It looks like the text is just larger to compensate the smaller margin at the top. When I do print preview or save as a PDF, it looks totally fine.

My basic question is, how do I get my footer to appear when I print?
