How do you delete a gamecenter account?

Question

How do you delete a gamecenter account?

There seems to be two gamecenter accounts linked to my apple ID.Is there any way to delete one as this would help greatly. Thanks!

I have the same problem. I first log in with the "right" account and then start a game. The game asks me to login which I do. If I quit the game and check Game Center again another user account is logged in. How do I delete that one?

Same here, I now have 2 accounts linked to the same ID.
It defaults to the new one but when I log out and login again it still show my old account stats..

Oh my God, the exact same thing has been happening to me for the last 2 days. I log into game center using my ID and it logs me into the old account (the one I want to use), then I open a game and it asks me "sign into an existing account or create a new account". So I sign into my existing account and it gives me a different username. I go back to game center and I'm logged into the new account (the one I want to delete). Then I need to sign out, sign in again, same thing all over again.

This is very annoying, I've written to iTunes support about the problem today but I don't know if they're the right department to go to, I donno who to go to and what to do. I hate this, someone please come up with a solution before I go insane!

I actually managed to fix the problem. This is how I did it (not sure if every step is necessary).

1. Log out of Gamecenter
2. Force quit the Gamecenter process
3. Login again and make sure it's the correct account
4. Exit Gamecenter
5. Download Plants vs Zombies from the appstore
6. Start it and then quit it when you are in the from the game's menu
7. Go back to gamecenter and make sure that the game shows up in the account under "Games"
8. Now start the game that nagged that you should login and see if it stopped doing that.

This worked for me. I never downloaded Plants vs Zombies before. Dont know if it makes a difference if you already have it. Maybe other games works too.

almost same problem here, except i forgot my password and can't make a new one (have tried)because the old one is linked with my email.

Well my solution (sometimes its works) chane nickname of not wanted user. logout game center. Restart device. Open any game that login game center. While its login game center check nickname show in top. If u get the correct nickname say "Wow thanks ModPower" ;-)

same to me i made a game center account and i forgot that i made it on my email so i made a new one on my email then i did the nickname and everything and linked it to my high noon account....then it told me to type the password and then they putted my old account so i cant log into my new account soo please help me my high noon account i played alot so i dont wanna lose it 😟 anybody has clues how to delete a game center account please tell me thanks for reading this.....

I have the same problem. I had a game center account and suddenly a pop-up occurred and I was told to create an account. It wouldn't allow me to use the previous one, so I created another. I went through gamecenter and was able to change it back to the previous account. But there are no instructions available on how to delete the other account. Help!

How do you force quit game Center . I managed to log into the different account I want to link my boom beach to my iPhone
