Old Mac ROM file

I'm wanting to play a game under Classic on my new Mac, but the emulator needs an old ROM file. I understand there's a licensing issue, but I've had many Macintosh computers (should have kept one) and was wondering if there was a way to get a ROM file without having to buy an old computer.
