iphone keeps asking to restore
i tried to restore my iphone4 as it seemed to be frozen. every time i restore, iTunes says it finds a device that needs to be restored. keep restoring but doesn't get past that.

If you have an iPhone4 with iOS 3.1.3 then it would appear to be
jailbroken and from the Apple terms of use cannot be discussed.
