Ipod touch screen flashing apple logo

Help! Probably this is repetitive, but my screen keeps flashing the apple logo. I can't reset it on Itunes because the computer doesn't even recognize the USB cord. I have done all the resets and those aren't working! HELP!

Have you tried placing the iPod in recovery mode and then restoring it via iTunes. See:

Oh yeah Illaass!? this happened to me and I used that and now my ipod is working! So actually it does help! don't just come on websites like this to put people down, it's rude.
