Deleted music from iphone when syncing to itunes - how to get it back?

I'm sorry if this question has already been asked and answered.
I know a lot of people talk about how they lost their music when syncing iphone to itunes, well the same thing happened to me.
I wanted to sync my iphone music library to my new computer and newly downloaded itunes program which contains 3 songs. It did tell me that it would delete all my songs in the iphone if I went on with the syncing and asked if I wished to continue and I accidentally clicked yes. So I end up with the 3 songs from itunes in my iphone music library and all my library has been deleted and is lost.
What I want to know is, is there a way to recover the music from my computer or iphone? I had no backup for this. Thanks!
