Having problems syncing iCal to Yahoo Calendar

I have currently set up my Yahoo calendar to sync to ical,but I cannot sync ical to Yahoo successfully. It is only going one way. I have tried both instructions given by Yahoo, but to no success. ( http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/calendar/yahoocalendar/sync/sync-03.html) Any other suggestions?
