Transferring my contacts from Blackberry Curve 8330 to iPhone 4

I currently have an Blackberry Curve 8330 and want to transfer my contacts to my new iPhone 4. The Blackberry I have does not support Verizon Wireless’ Backup Assistant. I used Blackberry Desktop software on my Mac and did a backup/synced my phone with the application. What do I do next to get my contacts onto the iPhone?

The easiest way to do this will probably be to export the contacts from the Blackberry Desktop Software and import them into the Windows address book, Outlook or Apple Address book, whichever is appropriate for you, then sync them to your phone via iTunes.
