Table of contents page number moving

I have created my first table of contents in a Pages document and it looks great, except that every time I leave the table of contents page then click back in or I close and reopen the document, the pages numbers for the first one or two lines move themselves by about 1/2". When I choose the tab stop to move them back into place, all of the page numbers using the same format move left by 1/2" then move along with the tab stop to the correct location. I am using right tab stops to align the page numbers.

The proper alignment will hold up enough to let me export as a PDF, but having to realign every time I want to export is getting to be frustrating. I have not seen anything in this forum or other places online about this problem yet, but will continue searching around.
