Photo Stitching

Is it possible to stitch together photo's in iPhoto 11 to make a panoramic image?

Also, I notice we can add descriptions, but you can you batch edit? I have like 50 photos in one album that I would like the description on each on to be same, but I have to cut and copy onto each image individually. Seems a big time waster if we can't batch edit.

No you cannot make panoramics with iPhoto. Almost any photo editor will work, and there are other standalone options.

I use PhotoShop Elements, which has a dedicated mode for doing just this.

If you have a Canon Camera, it comes with a pretty good stand-alone stitching program on the disks that came with the camera.

no - use a third party program - click here for links to some to consider.

Select the photos and photo menu ==> batch change ==> description -- search iPhoto help for command help
